Vortan Limited (“Vortan”, “we”) is a hardware and software company registered in Arusha, Tanzania. This policy explains what personal information we collect through vortan.io and how we use it. It does not cover our product platforms (MediLink, CarbonLink), which are governed by their own agreements.

When you contact us through the website we collect only what you provide: your name, email address, company, sector and the contents of your message. We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers.

Our servers keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to build profiles.

We use the information you send to respond to your enquiry, understand which sectors we serve, and follow up about products or partnerships you asked about. That’s it. We do not use it for automated decision-making.

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate the site and our email (for example, our email and hosting providers), and only as needed. We may disclose information where required by law. We do not transfer your data to third parties for their own marketing.
