Project Overview
We collaborated with a client who was facing challenges in expanding their market reach due to the high upfront cost of their products. Many potential customers couldn't afford the initial investment, limiting the company's growth potential.
Our team designed a custom IoT hardware solution that enabled a Pay-as-You-Go (PayGo) business model, allowing customers to make small, incremental payments instead of a large upfront purchase. This was complemented by a mobile application for payment management.
The solution dramatically expanded the client's market reach by making their products accessible to a broader customer base who previously couldn't afford the upfront costs.
